Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Dense Shade Mix grows with as little as 3 hours of sunlight. It can be used to seed a new lawn or over seed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60F and 75F or air temperatures are between 65F and 85F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label).
