We accept returns only for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition or for products that expire within 30 days of the purchase date. If you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist us in improving our packaging and shipping processes.

Returns Process: To initiate a return for damaged goods, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@everydaysupplyco.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs showcasing the damaged item(s).
  • Our customer service team will assess your request and provide instructions for the return process if applicable.
Refund or Replacement: Upon verification of the damage, we offer two options:
  • Refund: If you prefer a refund, the purchase price, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, a new item will be sent to you at no additional cost. 

Responsible Disposal: In cases of damaged goods, we kindly request that you dispose of the item in an environmentally responsible manner. If applicable, please recycle the packaging materials according to your local recycling guidelines.

Eco-Friendly Initiatives: By limiting returns to damaged goods, we collectively reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing transportation emissions and unnecessary packaging waste.
