A portion of the proceeds from the sale of little Italy in the Bronx sauces will be devoted to the Belmont business improvement district, a local nonprofit organization. Pasta sauce made with simple ingredients, produced in a green facility, the real little Italy on Arthur avenue in the Bronx designated as one of the great streets of America by the American planning association.
