Our Mojo Criollo La Lechonera is made with a special blend of herbs and the freshest ingredients, resulting in a unique marinade that adds delicious flavor, tenderness and moisture to meat, poultry, pork or fish. Mojo Criollo (mo-ho) is a marinating sauce for beef, poultry, pork and fish. Its origins are a mystery. Some believe a similar sauce was brought to America by the Spanish conquistadors and once here, the original recipe was enriched with local ingredients resulting in what we now know as Mojo Criollo.
