Specially formulated grass seed for hot and dry areas. Contains proprietary Black Beauty tall fescue, and TEXAS bluegrass, a native bluegrass that withstands temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Needs far less maintenance than other varieties, particularly Kentucky bluegrass mixtures. Can be grown in the southernmost parts of the transition zone areas.
