Our pasta is PGI Certified Gragnano Pasta, bronze-die, and slowly dried at low temperatures. Di Martino Pasta Spaghetti is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and local spring water. It contains a minimum of 14% protein, firm to cooking and highly digestible. This spaghetti can be creamed or cooked in risotto style.
