Alessi Sun Dried Tomato Pesto is a flavorful combination of ingredients; Sun Dried Tomatoes, Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pine Nuts, Romano cheese, basil, garlic and sea salt. Our pesto is most often served over pasta (spaghetti, linguine or gnocchi), but can also be used as a spread on focaccia or pizza, used in sandwiches or in dips, spread over thickly sliced tomatoes or grilled vegetables.
