Alessi makes their EVOO exclusively from olive that are grown, harvested, and pressed in Italy, giving it an authentic, rich and fruity flavor. This premium oil is taken from the first cold pressing and then packaged in a jar that's formed to look like a classic Mediterranean jug. The jug is made from dark glass to protect its contents.
